TRANSFORMERS: FUSION - OPTIMUS PRIME (2007) Commissioned by Harold Tietjens Transformers: Fusion was an idea for a Transformers toyline created by my friend Harold; the concept was a highly articulated core figure with different sets of armour that would dictate how the toy transformed. Hasbro could not use the idea for legal reasons; some time later Takara released their "Trans-Scanning" figures which did pretty much exactly the same thing. Hmm....
